Entering a New Incident

To add a new incident to VIRTual Support, follow these steps:

  1. After logging in, select a module for the new incident.
  2. Click Enter New Issue.
  3. Click on the issue type you wish to add.
  4. Type in a summary of the incident and click Next.

 At this point, the tool performs a duplicate search. If any similar incidents are found, the tool lists the possible duplicates.

If one of these duplicates matches your issue, see if the solution resolves your issue.
  5. If not, click on the Continue Entry button
  6. Please fill out the form with as much detail to enable Vidiom to reproduce the incident. When done, click Submit Issue.
  7. The tool generates an issue ID and sends an message to your email address with the incident details.
