Entering a New Incident
To add a new incident to VIRTual Support, follow these steps:
- After logging in, select a module for the new incident.
- Click Enter New Issue.
- Click on the issue type you wish to add.
- Type in a summary of the incident and click Next.
At this point, the tool performs a duplicate search. If any similar incidents are found, the tool lists the possible duplicates.
If one of these duplicates matches your issue, see if the solution resolves your issue.
- If not, click on the Continue Entry button
- Please fill out the form with as much detail to enable Vidiom to reproduce the incident. When done, click Submit Issue.
- The tool generates an issue ID and sends an message to your email address with the incident details.
