Navigating VIRTual Support

  1. After logging in to VIRTual Support and selecting a module, the module you selected appears in the upper left corner.  You see Module > followed by the module you have selected. Clicking on the word Module brings you to a list of modules available to you.  You can switch which module you are currently working in.
  2. Directly below the module name is a link titled Issue tracking home.  This brings you back to the entry point of the module. 
  3. Directly below this link, you see a list of links to jump directly to pages that allow you to enter new issues, edit saved searches, etc. 
  4. Below this list is an administration menu. The only menu item you can use is the User > Change password. You may see others, but you do not have the ability to perform any of the operations.
  5. Just to the right of the module name at the top of the page you can jump to a particular incident by entering the incident number and clicking the Issue ID.
  6. Just to the right of Issue ID is a pull down menu for performing searches of the database.

  8. The upper right corner lists the user ID you used to log in and a Logout link.
