Vidiom Incident Reporting and Tracking (VIRTual) Support allows licensees to research and log incidents on their Vidiom products.
Finding a resolution to your incident could be as easy as logging into VIRTual Support and searching for similar incidents. If a similar incident has not been reported or if the resolution does not work on your system, you can log a new incident in the database. Please fully describe the problem in the fields provided. One of our highly trained support engineers will acknowledge the receipt or your incident, assign it a priority, and begin working with you to resolve the issue according to the terms of your support contract. |
