Service delivery Platform (SDP)

Vidiom SDP is the software heart of the VID 1000 headend.  It interconnects and manages all external systems needed for a proper operation of the digital pay-TV cable headend, such as CRM, Billing, CA, VOD/Push VOD, etc. It also communicates and configures subscribers’ digital set-tops.  In short, the SDP controls the entire “business logic” of the digital pay-TV cable operation.  Its graphical, intuitive user interface makes it easy to use even for the first-time operators.

The SDP, included with each Vidiom’s VID 1000 headend, supports the following companion functionalities and/or sub-systems:
