Payment

The cost of the OCAP Essentials training course is $2,000.00 USD.Vidiom Systems accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or company check as methods of payment. If you are paying by company check, submit this form and you will be contacted to complete your payment and registration. Full payment must be received 14 Days prior to the course start date. Your seat in the course is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

If you register within 14 Days of the course start date, Vidiom will only accept Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX as methods of payment. Please contact Vidiom Training at training@enableTV.com to make other arrangements.

Travel and Lodging

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements. Vidiom will provide a welcome packet that includes a list of hotels in the area.

Cancellation

The attendee must NOTIFY VIDIOM IN WRITING that you are unable to
attend the OCAP Essentials course. The Cancellation policies are as follows:

If your cancellation notice is received by Vidiom more than 14 Days prior
to the course start date, 100% of your registration fee will be refunded
If your cancellation notice is received less than 14 Days prior to the
start date of the course, you are responsible for payment of 100% of the
registration fee fee to Vidiom
If you cannot attend, you may send another person in your place without penalty
If you cannot attend, you may reschedule. See rescheduling policy below

Rescheduling

The attendee must NOTIFY VIDIOM IN WRITING to reschedule attendance to
the OCAP Essentials course. Rescheduling policies are as follows:

If your rescheduling notice is received by Vidiom more than 14 days in advance
of the course start date, 100% of your paid registration fee will be applied to a
future course. Payment must be received more than 14 days in advance to
avoid rescheduling penalties
If your rescheduling notice is received by Vidiom less than 14 days but greater than
3 days in advance of the course start date, Vidiom will keep 100% of your paid registration fee
and apply it to a future course. In addition, you will be charged a 20% rescheduling
fee at the time you reschedule to cover our costs
If your rescheduling notice is received by Vidiom less than 3 days in advance of the
course start date, Vidiom will keep 100% of your paid registration fee and apply it to a future
course. In addition, you will be charged a 40% rescheduling fee at the time you
reschedule to cover our costs
